Ooka Island Books-TOS review

Have you ever heard of an island that can help improve your child's reading skills?  Does adventure capture your child's attention? Do fun and delightful characters engage him or her?.  Well then Ooka Island is perfect for you family! It's an island adventure game that can help improve your child's reading skills, while they are having a fun adventure!  There are 85 leveled and sequenced books that you find hidden around the island.

Although it's targeted at kindergarten through 2nd grade, my 4th grader had a  lot of fun playing the downloadable hero game.  Kylan loved that you had to work your way through the missions or levels  to find the prize at the end of each level which was a book on the bottom of the ocean.  He couldn't wait to find more books and wanted to keep going further and further.  He considers himself a "gamer" so I was shocked and happily surprised when he said he loved this online learning game. I was smiling to myself and thanking Ooka Island and the TOS crew for this opportunity.  To see what my fellow TOS crewmates think about Ooka Island click here.  For pricing info check out this chart.
